The HONEPAN PU50DS precision cam divider is a compact, high-accuracy rotary indexer designed for small indexing table units and light instruments. Its miniature footprint does not compromise the precision cam-and-roller architecture, delivering crisp intermittent indexing in a very small package.
As the smallest member of our PU precision series, the PU50DS is ideal for bench-top automation, precision instruments, and light assembly where space is limited but accuracy is essential. Its low-inertia table enables rapid cycling with consistent stop positions.
Continuous input rotation drives a precision globoidal cam that engages the table output's needle rollers, producing accurate intermittent indexing. The cam's dwell section locks the table mechanically, ensuring repeatable positioning without electronic feedback or holding torque.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The PU50DS features a Table / Shaft output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
The PU50DS supports 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 (customizable). We can also custom-grind the cam profile for a different station count or dwell angle to match your exact production sequence.
Indexing accuracy is 60 Sec. with repositioning accuracy of ±4 arcsec (±2 arcsec). This mechanical precision is maintained over a long service life thanks to the backlash-free cam-and-roller design.
Please refer to the Technical Specifications table above for the allowable radial/axial loads (C1–C3), bending force (C4), input torque (C5), GD² (C6), and weight. For safety, all C1–C5 values are rated at a safety factor of 2.
Yes. We customize the number of stations, driving angle, dwell angle, cam curve, and mounting interface to your requirements. Send us your dial diameter, station count, payload, and cycle time for a tailored recommendation.
MOQ is 1 piece. Standard models ship within 4–20 days, and custom configurations may take longer. Every unit carries a 1-year warranty, a 60,000-hour design service life, and lifetime technical support.
