Description

IG-55 is a gas made up of a mix of equal parts: 50% argon and 50% nitrogen.

IG-100 is a gas made up of 100% nitrogen.

IG-541 is a gas made up of a mix of 52% Nitrogen, 40% Argon & 8% CO2

Its components are found naturally in the environment, so there is no global warming effect and it does not destroy the ozone layer. Its density is similar to that of air and both argon and nitrogen are clean, non-corrosive, colourless and insipid gases, so they offer great flexibility in adapting to all actuation systems, since they can be used at normal temperatures with materials such as nickel, steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, tin, etc.

6. The external constant pressure-relief device only bears the pressure when the system is discharged, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance, and effectively reduces the system failure rate.

7. After discharging, the system can be put into operation quickly with simple disassembly and secondary filling witn agent without replacing any parts.

8. It reduces the area of opening hole of gas pressure relief port, directly reduces the input cost of safety pressure relief device, and installs and arranges safety buckle become more simply.

9. IG55 fire extinguishing system can be widely used in important places that need rapid response to fire. There are workers, sudden fires and sensitive to chemical reactions on the site of the protection zone, the fire extinguishing system can effectively protect the safety of personnel and property.
