Introduction

Hot dip galvanized cable tray is a cable support system made of cold-rolled steel plate as the substrate, which is coated with anti-corrosion coating by immersion in 600 ℃ high-temperature zinc solution. It is composed of modular components such as groove, tray, or stepped straight sections and bends. A 65-86 μ m zinc iron alloy layer is formed on its surface, which is achieved through a three-stage process of dissolution, mutual dissolution, and encapsulation. It has both electrochemical protection and physical barrier functions, and is suitable for rigid support of cables in strong corrosive environments.

Features

1. The galvanized layer provides excellent corrosion resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive environments such as humidity and chemicals, making it suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.

2. Galvanizing treatment increases the durability of the bridge, allowing it to maintain a good condition for a long time even in harsh environments, extending the service life of the bridge.

3. Steel cable trays themselves have high strength, and the galvanized layer will not affect their structural strength, still providing good load-bearing capacity and suitable for heavy-duty applications.

4. The galvanized layer is non-toxic and harmless, poses no harm to the environment and human health, meets environmental protection requirements, and is suitable for various industrial and civil buildings.
