Drum Twister line(With Steel Wire Armoring)

1. Description

  • Back twist rate is 0-100% and it can be set freely.
  • Designed for laying up power conductors with 2/3/4/5 round cores and straight or sector shape cores.
  • Filling and taping are optional. .
  • Wire armoring can be made by adding steel wire pay-off and wire pre-twist device.
  • Adopt DC induction servo motor drive, production line synchronous operation is realized by control
  • system .
  • Free set of lay pitch and direction.
  • The machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system, process parameters can be stored, real-time monitoring of
  • operating conditions, simple, convenient and fast operation.
