PURPOSE To produce up to Armoured Cables upto 48 Wire/ Strip Armour This machine will be used for Armouring of Power Cables , Control Cables, Instrumentation Cables.

CABLE SIZES : 8 mm – 50 mm Cables to be Armored. CONFIG. :48 ( Single Cage)

CAGES : Single Cage is Frame Type structure supported on spherical roller bearings at both ends. Drive through totally enclosed gearboxes with case hardened and profile ground gears.

BOBBIN SIZE : As per DIN 46397 – 450 MM

BOBBIN HOLDING: Bobbin Clamping is Pneumatic

BOBBIN LOADING :Side Bottom Loading is provided – Motorized

BOBBIN TENSION: Pneumatically operated and controlled through Line Speed Sensor and Proportional Valve. Manual Spring Loaded Tension Control is also provided.
