1. Main feature:
- The whole machine is driven by a motor, and each section of the winch and traction is driven by a separate motor and driven by a special gearbox

- The whole machine is controlled by Siemens S7-200 series PLC. Production process parameters are set through the touch screen. All parts of the winch and traction are driven by AC variable frequency motors. The motor driver is a variable frequency device. In order to ensure transmission accuracy, the transmission motor uses grating encoder feedback. The whole machine adopts bus communication to ensure the accuracy of signal transmission. During actual production, the user sets the pitch of each section of the stranded body, production line speed and other process parameters on the touch screen according to the required cable specifications, and the speed of each transmission part is automatically determined through the PLC. Calculation is performed when starting up to ensure the synchronization of the entire machine and the accuracy of the stranding pitch, and to achieve stepless speed regulation of the entire machine. The electrical control system has advanced technology, easy operation and reliable operation.
- Using digital disconnection detection, it can accurately determine the disconnection signal of any disk in each section of the strand, and display which section and disk are disconnected on the touch screen of the main console for easy operation. Significantly improves the accuracy and accuracy of broken wire detection and ensures detection accuracy. With the display in the touch screen, the operator can quickly solve the problem and start the next operation.
- The drum tension of each section of the winch adopts a pneumatic proportional valve controller, which automatically calculates and tracks the drum diameter to adjust the drum tension to ensure the stability of the drum tension. You can also manually adjust the tension proportion coefficient on the touch screen when turning on the machine.
- For the suspension operation of each section of the winch, an AC motor is used to drive the winch to rotate through a high-speed reducer for slow positioning. The AC motor is driven by a Danvers frequency converter and controlled by the bus.
- The machine control power supply adopts UPS uninterruptible power supply to ensure that control will not be lost when the power is cut off. All frequency converters are connected through a common DC bus to achieve load sharing. It is also equipped with a traction flywheel to ensure that the cable will not be excessively twisted during a power outage.
- The machine uses imported Siemens S7-200 programmable controller and PROFINET field bus to command and coordinate the electrical working status of each part of the machine, and uses a frequency converter to control the starting and operation of the AC motor. Siemens color touch screen is used to set and display various process parameters. The electronic control system has advanced technology, easy operation and reliable operation.
