Product Description

Our MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner is appropriate for the tension stringing operation of diverse steel wire ropes, conductors, and earth wires. The bullwheel of it is lined with the abrasion-resistant MC nylon material, and the groove spacing is extremely wide. Moreover, this product is capable of achieving the constant-tension conductor stringing because of the infinitely variable tension control.
In the event of a hydraulic failure, the spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake is able to work automatically, thereby ensuring the safe operation. Our MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner is also furnished with the hydraulic-power output interface which is utilized to connect the shaft bracket of the hydraulic wire.


Uses: It is employed for stringing various kinds of steel wire ropes, conductors and earth wires.

  1. The bull wheel has lining segments of wear-resistant MC nylon.
  2. It has both infinitely variable tension control and the ability to conduct constant tension conductor stringing.
  3. In the situation of a hydraulic failure, the spring-applied hydraulically released brake will act automatically to guarantee safety.
  4. There is an attached hydraulic power output interface for connecting the hydraulic conductor reel stand.
