Material

Fabricated from high‑quality 6061‑T6 aluminum bar stock. Light‑weight, high strength and excellent corrosion‑resistance. It helps reduce total assembly weight without losing structural stability.

Technology

Precision CNC lathe one‑turn machining. The flange base, raised shoulder and internal threaded hole are finished in one operation. All sharp edges are deburred and chamfered for safe, smooth installation.

Natural bright‑turned finish, optional surface treatments including sandblasting, clear or black anodizing are available upon request. Tight tolerance can be achieved as per your drawings.
