AFK250-3H is a high-performance aerospace-grade hook-up wire featuring a silver-plated copper conductor and PFA insulation, rated at 1000V with a service temperature range of -60°C to +260°C, offering excellent resistance to heat, oil, abrasion, chemicals, and aging. PFA delivers chemical and electrical properties comparable to PTFE with better high-temperature mechanics than FEP, while the silver-plated conductor ensures high conductivity and solderability without flux. Utilizing a PFA melt extrusion process, the AFK250 series provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional PTFE cold-extruded (AF-250 series) products without compromising performance.
