This High Temperature Resistant 310S Seamless Stainless Steel Boiler Tube is engineered for continuous service in the hottest zones of power plant boilers, where ordinary carbon steel and lower alloy grades would scale and fail. The 310S austenitic grade carries 25 percent chromium and 20 percent nickel, giving it a very stable austenitic structure that resists oxidation, scaling and carburisation at elevated temperatures. Because the tube is formed by the seamless process, there is no weld seam to become a weak point under thermal cycling, making it a preferred material for superheater, reheater and high temperature steam lines.

The tube is supplied in outside diameters from 6 mm to 630 mm and wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 30 mm, with bright annealed or pickled and annealed surface finishes. Each batch is eddy current tested, hydro tested and supplied with a mill test certificate, so engineering teams can verify heat number, chemistry and mechanical properties against their specifications before the tube enters the boiler.
