1. Product Description

The stainless steel pipe cap is a terminal closure fitting used to seal the open end of a pipe in a pressure piping system. It is manufactured through cold‑forming or hot‑pressing processes from premium stainless steel billets or plates, ensuring uniform grain structure and consistent wall thickness. Depending on the design, it can be hemispherical, elliptical, dished, or flat. The cap is joined to the pipe by full‑penetration butt welding, socket welding, or threaded connections.
