The flanged electrofusion branch saddle with underclamp combines a Fusamatic automatic pin with a DN80 or DN100 flanged outlet on PE mains from DN90 to DN250. The automatic pin reads the fitting and feeds the correct welding parameters to the fusion unit — eliminating manual input errors on site.

The U version is supplied as a complete assembly: flanged branch saddle plus galvanised backing ring (Class B per GIS PL2 Part 4). The sacrificial underclamp locks the fitting in place during the weld cycle and can be retained in-situ after installation. A rising pin fusion indicator provides permanent visual confirmation of a completed weld.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene. Rated Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C. Covers SDR 11–17.6 (250mm body: SDR 11–21) — 10 standard references in total.
