Introduction to Equipment and Materials for Cleanrooms in Protective Clothing Factories

  1. The wall and ceiling enclosure structures of cleanrooms are generally made of 50mm-thick cleanroom panels and specialized aluminum oxide profiles for cleanrooms; cleanroom airtight doors are used for entry/exit, and cleanroom airtight windows are adopted for lighting.
  2. For the floor, either epoxy self-leveling flooring or wear-resistant PVC cleanroom flooring is selected.
  3. The lighting fixtures used are specialized flat-panel cleanroom lights.
  4. The cleanroom ventilation ducts are made of galvanized thin steel sheets, and PEF flame-retardant insulation boards are used for thermal insulation.
