Heavy Duty Reinforced Telescoping Cantilever Rack, Thick Long Steel Plate Retractable Storage

Heavy duty reinforced telescoping cantilever rack is specially designed for super-heavy thick long steel plates, alloy profiles and large solid wooden strips. Upgraded with thickened widened cantilever arms and double-row reinforced main uprights, this rack enhances overall structural bearing limit to meet long-term storage demands of high-density heavy long raw materials for heavy industry manufacturing enterprises.
The cantilever arm is integrally stamped with 10mm thick high-tensile steel plate, and the bottom of each arm is added with multiple groups of triangular reinforcing ribs to disperse concentrated pressure generated by thick heavy slabs. The telescopic sliding rail assembly is upgraded to double-row roller bearing structure, which can bear instantaneous impact force during crane loading and unloading and adapt to high-frequency heavy-load stretching operation.
The base is widened and thickened as a whole, and pre-drilled with multiple groups of anchor bolt holes for floor anchoring. Combined with bilateral diagonal anti-tilt bracings, the rack can maintain stable placement under extreme unbalanced heavy-load conditions. All locking latches are forged with high-strength alloy to avoid structural damage caused by heavy material pressure and ensure long-term locking reliability.
This reinforced heavy-duty telescopic cantilever rack fills the gap of ordinary telescopic racks in heavy industry scenarios.
