Hoist & Forklift Compatible Mold Drawer Rack, High Efficiency Mechanized Mold Storage System

Traditional mold storage relies on manual handling and flipping, which has low efficiency, high labor intensity and great safety risks, unable to meet the high-frequency mold replacement demands of large-scale injection workshops. Our mechanized compatible mold drawer rack is specially designed for mechanical auxiliary operation, realizing efficient and safe mold access and greatly improving workshop production efficiency.
Adopting 85% full-layer full extension design, the drawer completely exposes the internal storage space after being pulled out, without any access dead angle. It is perfectly compatible with workshop overhead hoists, electric cranes and small forklifts, realizing one-step integral loading and unloading of molds. It completely eliminates manual handling links, saving more than 70% of labor time and reducing labor safety risks.
The drawer bottom is reinforced with thickened I-beams and channel steel, with uniform bearing force and strong impact resistance, which can withstand vibration and pressure generated by frequent mechanical hoisting operation. The upgraded thickened alloy slide rails pass strict heavy-load fatigue tests, adapting to 24-hour high-intensity continuous mold replacement work with stable performance and ultra-low wear.
Mechanized access realizes free switching of single mold picking and batch mold overall handling, supporting scientific first-in first-out inventory management.This setup addresses a prevalent industry shortcoming of conventional stacking operations, which restricts access to bottom molds until upper ones are removed, avoiding long-term mold overstock and aging, and realizing standardized and efficient workshop mold management.
