WB802 Sleeve Split Bronze Bearing Bushing With Oil Hole Oil Grooves
Rolled Bronze Bushing Sliding Bearing with Oil Hole and Oil Grooves, Special Designed Split Bronze Bearing
ZR-098 Bronze bushings are intended for radial and axial movements. The bearings are manufactured of a cold formable homogenous bronze, which provides exceptional material properties. The flange execution allows the bearing to carry axial loads. Standard sizes feature specially dispersed holes over the entire bearing surface.
These holes with specially designed oil grooves serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film during startup, reducing start friction. The material properties, combined with the wrapping and calibration procedure, make this bearing type especially suitable for constructions with medium or high loads and relatively slow movements.

Mounting Suggestion
- Housing ØH7
- Bushing inner-Ø after mounting H9
- Shaft tolerance f7
- Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm × 15-45°
- Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm × 15°, edges rounded
- Application of adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
- Stick-in: Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface
