Our BSG grinding unit consists of a main mill, conveying pipes, and an electric control system. The auxiliary equipment includes a cyclone separator with a bag filter and an air collector. Besides crushing, it also provides screening, and centrifugal shearing functions, enabling precise control of particle size. This unit is ideal for the fertilizer, agricultural chemical, and related industries.

Working Principle:

Raw material enters the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. It is then thrown by the high‑speed rotating disc against a fixed ring toothed plate, where it is cut and bounced. Under repeated impact, cutting, and grinding actions, the material is gradually refined. The negative pressure generated by the fan and impeller draws the fine powder into the cyclone separator, from which it is discharged through a screen and pipework. A pulse dust collector captures any remaining fine dust.

(1) The screen is made of high‑quality stainless steel with a special design. It can be easily swapped out when a different mesh size for the powder is required.

(2) The machine includes a dust collection system that traps fine particles generated during grinding. This ensures that the final powder discharged from our automatic rotary powder discharge device is more uniform.

A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year. Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
