This Terephthalic Acid Lump Air Classifier Mill is an ultrafine powder mill purpose-designed for grinding TPA/PTA lumps and blocks into consistent fine powder. Impact grinding and air classification are combined in one closed system, so lumps go in and classified powder comes out in a single pass — fineness matched to your polyester, PET or powder-coating formulation, with no chemical dust escaping the loop.

Q: Is the powder size adjustable?

A: Yes, the powder size can be changed by setting the parameter of inverter.

For example, if you want finer powder, you can try 25 Hz, if not fine enough,then try 30HZ, 35Hz...etc.

Q: Does the machine have GMP certificate?

A: Our machine can meet the requirements of GMP, but our machine is not food or pharmaceutical products, our machine doesn’t have GMP certificate.

But our machine can be applied in food and pharmaceutical’s production

Q: Can I see the working machine in user’s factory?

A: It depends, you shall contact our sales to check.
