Product Introduction:

BSZ Pin mill can be used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, mainly for grinding. For high oil content materials, such as coffee beans, caraway seeds, this type can also have a good grinding effect. In the production of fruit powder, liquid nitrogen is needed to control the temperature of grinding chamber so as to keep the yield of fruit powder in good condition. For Eggshells, this type of needle mill is also suitable. This product conforms to the food safety standard, easy to operate, low noise. There are two types of grinding wheel grinding and one-way grinding wheel grinding.

Working method:

The machine adopts the method of quantitative feeding to control the even movement of material in the grinding block. The method of negative pressure traction is adopted for unloading. The machine has no screen, and the fineness of grinding materials can be adjusted by the speed of grinding wheel. It can also be graded by external grading.

Main components:

1. Crusher: there are 2 grinding plates, which are faster and finer than the powder ground by ordinary crusher.
2. Cyclone part: it can separate the dust in the powder (particle).
3. Pulse dust collector: remove dust inside the dust collector. There are many dust collection bags in the box, and the bag rack is also made of stainless steel for easy disassembly. Pulse jet cleaning is adopted, which is convenient to collect dust.

Main features:

1) High rotary speed, up to 12000rpm

2) No need sieve or screen mesh in mill chamber, changing powder size by changing rotary speed.

3) Very suitale for some materials with high oil content, such as cocoa, coffee bean.
