Product Description:

Tunnel kilns are the most widely used continuous automated firing equipment in the brick and tile industry. The overall structure is a fixed long tunnel, relying on kiln cars to carry the brick blanks at a uniform speed. Utilizing the principle of counter-current heat exchange of flue gas, it continuously completes the entire process of blank drying, preheating, high-temperature firing, and finished product cooling. The equipment is stable in operation, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and highly automated. It can utilize industrial solid waste such as shale, coal gangue, fly ash, construction waste, and silt as raw materials, and can fire various building materials such as standard bricks, porous bricks, hollow blocks, and paving bricks. It is suitable for large, medium, and small brick and tile production lines, making it the mainstream choice for new projects and the upgrading of old equipment in the industry.

Working Principle:

The kiln body is fixed, and the kiln cars loaded with brick blanks move continuously along the track at a set speed. The kiln is divided into four functional zones, with high-temperature flue gas flowing in opposite directions to the moving brick blanks, achieving efficient heat exchange:
* **Drying section:** Recovers residual heat from the kiln and removes free moisture from the surface of the wet brick blanks, preventing cracking and deformation after entering the high-temperature zone.
* **Preheating section:** Utilizes flue gas to gradually raise the temperature of the brick blanks, expelling internal crystalline water, gases, and organic matter, stabilizing the brick blank structure.
* **Burning section:** The core high-temperature section, with the temperature stably controlled at 850-1050℃, where complex physical and chemical reactions occur in the brick blanks, completing sintering and shaping.
* **Cooling section:** Introduces natural air and forced cold air to cool the finished product. The generated high-temperature hot air is uniformly recovered and transported to the front-end drying zone for recycling, minimizing heat loss.
