Working Principle:

The machine consists of two main parts: the transmission & reduction mechanism and the working mechanism. For convenient transportation and installation, they are mounted on separate bases. During operation, the motor transmits power via a coupling to the active mixing shaft. Through a precision gear pair, the driven mixing shaft rotates in the opposite direction. Specially designed mixing blades are installed on both shafts. As they rotate in opposite directions, the blades create intense mixing, shearing, convection, and kneading actions on the material inside the chamber, ensuring thorough mixing and homogenization of raw materials with water. At the same time, the mixing blades also have conveying function, continuously pushing the processed material toward the extrusion section. The extrusion screw further compacts and uniformly extrudes the material, providing a stable and homogeneous material flow for subsequent forming processes.
