4 .Working principle:
In the state of water vapor, water particles are very small. According to the principle of capillary movement, they can infiltrate the capillary to the other side smoothly, and thus have steam permeability.
When the water vapor condense into water droplets, due to the effect of water surface tension which called ” pull against each other between water molecules”, water molecules cannot smoothly infiltrate to the other side.
