Description

The WL-111 is a single point load cell made of high-strength aluminum alloy, available in capacities from 2kg to 50kg. This single point load cell features a compact design and simple installation, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial weighing applications, including batching, filling, checkweighing, and general force measurement.

With a combined error of 0.02%F.S., non-linearity of 0.02%F.S., and repeatability of 0.02%F.S., this single point load cell provides excellent measurement accuracy. Rated output is 1.8±10%mV/V, zero balance ±0.02mV/V, and insulation resistance ≥5000MΩ. Such stable performance ensures the single point load cell delivers reliable data over long-term operation.

The WL-111 single point load cell comes standard with IP65 protection, with optional higher ratings available. It operates within -20°C to 60°C, and nominal displacement is under 0.4mm, minimizing mechanical influence on the weighing system. The standard cable is Φ4mm × 350mm, and custom lengths can be supplied. This single point load cell accepts an excitation voltage of 5~15 VDC.
