Operating Instructions

1. Apply Die Head: Place welding machine on stand, select appropriate die head for pipe diameter, and secure to machine. Typically, smaller end faces front, larger end faces back.

2. Power On: Connect to power (ensure leakage current protector is installed). Green and red lights will illuminate. When red light turns off and green light remains on, machine enters auto temperature control mode and is ready for use.

During auto temperature control, red and green lights may alternate - this indicates normal operation and does not affect performance.

3. Fusion Pipes: Cut pipe vertically using cutter, push pipe and fitting into die head without rotation. Remove immediately when heating time is reached and insert.

Safety Precautions

• Inspect outer cover and cables before use - do not use if damaged
• Ensure power supply is properly grounded
• Prevent water and liquids from entering machine - do not use outdoors in rain
• Keep flammable materials away from work area
• Operators should wear protective gloves
• Only qualified professionals should open machine or adjust temperature
• If indicators remain unchanged for extended periods, stop work and disconnect power immediately
• Contact manufacturer or qualified technicians for repairs
