Plastic PPR pipe welding machine Application

1. The raw material of the machine frame is aluminum, it is light but strong, is one of the best material for machine.
2. The main electrical apparatus elements are best of china, many are imported from abroad.
3. Removable PTFE coated heater with separate temperature control system, the temperature can be controlled to a minimum range.
4. The electric facer adopts reversible double cutting edge blades, which can make the cutting effect more perfect.

It is for PPR pipe welding.The machine is used for the connecting of plastic pipe, such as PP-R and PE. We have the following series: 800W for φ20mm, φ25mm, 32mm. The machine controls temperature exactly, easy and safe to use.

ppr welding machine Instruction for use
1. Apply die head
Place the welding machine on the stander, chose die head according to pipe’s diameter, and fix it on the machine. In regular, the small end is at the front, the bigger end at the back.
2. Power on
Power on (make sure the power should be with leakage current protector) , the green light and the red light on, wait till the red light off and keep greenlight on, which indicates the machine enter into auto temperature control mode and the machine can be used.
Note: during the auto temperature control mode, the red and the green light will be on and off alternatively, this indicates that the machine is under control and it will not affect operating.
3. Fusion pipes
Using cutter to cut pipe vertically, push the pipe and fitting into die head without any rotation. Take them off immediately when heating time reached and insert

Caution

1. Please check the outer cover and cables of the machine first. Don’t use it if it is damaged.

2. The power supply must be earthed.

3. Water & various of kinds of liquid is prevented from entering the machine. It is prohibited to us outside on rainy days.

4. Keep tinder far away.

5. Operators are strongly suggested to wear gloves when working.

6. For the safety and good performance of the device, only professionals are allowed to open the machine or adjust temperature.

7. If indicators don’t change for long, it means the device is in unnormal working state, stop your work and turn off the power immediately.

8. Turn the machine to manufacturer of professionals for repair when it is out of work.
