Introduction: the drive drag sprocket using concave tooth sprocket (precision die forging), chain tooth after quenching heat treatment hardness greater than 700 HV, service time not less than two years since after installation running time, the chain wheel with wear resistance, long service time, not to drop chain not good clip chain, guidance and high reliability etc. Especially the structure of chain wheel is convex tooth type sprocket tooth, carrying capacity is big. Disc fission type structure, disassembly and assembly without spindle overall landed host the sprocket, easy maintenance. Material is forging 20 CrMnTi;

Drag wheel replaced process on the site:

1,Remove the head cover and on both sides of the board open active wheel spindle and motor connection, remove the cover on both sides of the bearing and hoisted out drag institutions (together with the chain wheel and bearing a lifting out);

2,Remove the gear wheel component and on both sides of the bearings, cleaning inspection, to replace the damaged bearing, seal ring;

3,Remove the drive sprocket and the wheel hub connecting bolt, worn out, respectively, sprocket, replace the new sprocket.

4,Drive shaft examine;

5,Cleaning parts and assembly in reverse order drag agencies;

6,Reinstall the drive wheels and motors.

7,check chain tooth mesh condition with running no load;
