Equipment Introduction:

1. Utilizes PLC control with a multilingual touchscreen display for intuitive and simple operation. The computerized control system ensures stable operation, a clean working environment, and low noise levels. Any parameters can be adjusted without stopping production. Displays production speed and batch count, and features equipment fault self-diagnosis. Stores ten sets of parameters for quick and convenient product changeovers.

2. Utilizes a vacuum pump + vacuum air tank + compressed air storage tank to ensure stable air pressure and vacuum levels. Low-pressure protection and vacuum gauge control maintain vacuum pressure, guaranteeing stable and reliable equipment operation.

3. Automatically detects and aligns chewing gum boxes.

4. Employs vacuum suction cups for automatic box loading.

5. Features a lift-type cardboard storage bin holding approximately 100 dividers. Equipped with divider presence sensors, it triggers an alarm when dividers are absent.

6. Utilizes servo motors to drive suction plate elevation. The lifting height for suctioning dividers and gum boxes is configurable.

7. Enables rapid model changeover without tools. Recipe data is retrieved via the touchscreen interface.

8. Configure carton infeed conveyor and gum box feeding conveyor.

9. Complete machine includes: control system, servo-driven lifting suction cup device, lift-type partition bin, carton infeed conveyor, box infeed conveyor, automatic gum box alignment mechanism, and carton interception mechanism.

10. Open mechanical structure design ensures contamination-free material handling during operation, facilitates machine cleaning, and fully complies with safety certification requirements.

11. Automatic shutdown occurs when protective covers or electrical cabinet doors are open, meeting CE safety standards.
