  • Bottle transmission gear would deliver the bottle to the first working position to wash it when the machine tail sensor detects the bottle going into the machine from bottle loader.
  • Unique 7 bottle inside washing stations of bottle rinser.20Sesonds continuous washing. From first to 7th washing stations, they are bottle drying station, hot alkali washing(be equipped with temperature controller to save energy), clean water washing (to clean the residual alkali liquid and avoid the alkali to react with chemical cleaning liquid), chemical washing, chemical washing, chemical washing and pure water washing.
  • Water backflow from 7th washing station to 3rd station. The last washing step is pure water no recycling washing, which can avoid secondary pollution as well as reduce the cost of production.
