FAQ: Common faults and remedies for fuel injectors. Very little or no fuel injection?
ERIKC Answer:(1) There is air in the fuel system oil line to exclude air in high pressure or low pressure tubing
(2) Injector couplings bite to death Grind or replace
(3) The fuel supply to the fuel injection pump is abnormal. Find out the cause of the problem by troubleshooting the fuel injection pump.
(4) Oil leakage in high-pressure tubing Tightening nut, tubing has cracks should be replaced
(5) Injector coupling wear Replace or grind
FAQ: Injector maintenance points. Check and adjust fuel injectors regularly?
ERIKC Answer:The injector should be checked and adjusted once every 700 hours of operation. If the opening pressure is lower than the specified value, the needle valve should be unloaded, put into clean diesel fuel, scrape the carbon deposit with wood chips or copper pieces, use a thin wire to clear the nozzle hole, and then reinstall it for debugging. It is required that the difference in injection pressure between cylinders on the same diesel engine must be less than lMPao
