Designed for pharmaceutical packaging (injectables, vaccines, serums), our glass ampoules meet ISO standards and hold Hydrolytic Resistance Level 1 – ensuring maximum safety and stability for sensitive pharmaceutical products.
As the highest grade for pharmaceutical glass, Level 1 resistance prevents glass hydrolysis (ion leaching) even in contact with aqueous/acidic injectables. Maintains product purity and efficacy over shelf life, ideal for long-storage pharmaceuticals.
Adheres to strict ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9187) for dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, and sterility. Ensures compatibility with global pharmaceutical production lines and meets regulatory requirements (USP/EP/JP).
Every batch undergoes testing for hydrolytic resistance, seal integrity, and particle count. Provides Certificates of Analysis (CoA) to support pharmaceutical regulatory registration.
It has a production capacity of over 6 billion pieces of glass vial and galss ampoule annual output.
During the production process, the ampoule is inspected by a camera. To remove the pressure from the glass, the ampoules are annealed in an oven. At the end of the line, the product is robotically packed in polypropylene pallets.
