The mechanism uses gear reduction transmission, which delivers high transmission efficiency and low power loss. The gears are made of SCM421 material, processed through carburizing heat treatment and precision gear grinding. With outstanding wear resistance and impact resistance, its service life far exceeds that of traditional worm gear drive structures.
Equipped with a DC brushless motor, the mechanism provides large output torque in a compact size. The controller allows infinitely adjustable speed, and realizes deceleration buffering when the barrier arm reaches the up/down limit position, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
The motor adopts DC 24V safe voltage, effectively avoiding accidents caused by leakage, and providing reliable protection for personal safety.
