The DZL series is a single-drum, longitudinally arranged water-tube shell-and-tube quick-assembly boiler, primarily powered by solid fuels such as coal and biomass. It features a compact structure, high thermal efficiency, and stable operation. It employs a chain grate, with water-cooled walls serving as the radiant heating surface, and internal threaded smoke tubes and wing-shaped flues as the convective heating surface. Its unique arched tube sheet + threaded smoke tube structure transforms the boiler drum from a quasi-rigid to a quasi-elastic body, and the smoke tubes are changed from a two-pass to a single-pass design, completely solving the problem of tube sheet cracking. The riser tube bank design eliminates dead water zones and prevents bottom bulging. The boiler is equipped with high-efficiency threaded smoke tubes, self-cleaning ash technology, double-layer secondary air, and independent air chambers. It has strong fuel adaptability, rapid biomass ignition, high burnout rate, and a thermal efficiency of ≥88%. It features a compact structure, small footprint, and short installation period (7-15 days). The DZL boiler is renowned for its high efficiency, stability, safety, environmental friendliness, and cost-effectiveness, making it a classic choice for small and medium-sized enterprises, hospitals, schools, and hotels. Tens of thousands of units are currently in use.
