The SA210 Gr.A1 Carbon Steel Boiler Membrane Wall Panel is a critical pressure part designed for industrial boilers and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG). Constructed with φ38×4mm seamless carbon steel tubes welded to continuous membrane bars, this panel forms a gas-tight enclosure that ensures optimal heat transfer and combustion efficiency.
Manufactured from SA210 Gr.A1 carbon steel tubes per ASME Section II specifications, with Q235B carbon steel membrane bars. The tubes and fins are joined using high-frequency resistance welding (HFRW), creating a homogeneous, leak-proof bond that withstands high-temperature flue gas environments. Each panel undergoes 100% non-destructive testing including radiographic and ultrasonic inspection.
Every membrane wall panel is hydrostatically tested at 1.5x design pressure. Material certificates, test reports, and full traceability documentation are provided with each shipment. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility ensures consistent quality across all production batches.
