The 12Cr1MoVG Alloy Steel Waste Heat Recovery Membrane Wall Panel is engineered with φ51×5mm Cr-Mo-V alloy tubes per GB5310 standard, specifically designed for the demanding thermal cycling conditions of waste heat recovery boilers (WHRB) and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) in industrial processes.
Constructed from 12Cr1MoVG seamless alloy steel tubes, a Chinese-standard Cr-Mo-V grade that is the direct equivalent to SA213 T22. The vanadium addition refines grain structure and enhances creep strength at elevated temperatures. This alloy is widely used in Chinese-manufactured boilers for its proven resistance to thermal fatigue in cyclic operation. Membrane bars are produced from matching 12Cr1MoV plate material.
All tubes are subjected to chemical composition analysis, room temperature tensile testing, and flattening per GB5310. Panel welds are inspected via ultrasonic testing and visual examination. Hydrostatic testing at 1.5x design pressure. EN 10204 3.1 material certification standard.
