The SA213 T11 Alloy Steel Boiler Membrane Wall Panel is engineered with φ42×5mm chromium-molybdenum alloy tubes for high-temperature superheater enclosure walls. The 1.25Cr-0.5Mo composition provides exceptional oxidation and creep resistance at temperatures up to 550°C, making it ideal for the most demanding boiler zones.
Manufactured from SA213 T11 seamless alloy steel tubes containing 1.25% Chromium and 0.5% Molybdenum. This ferritic alloy offers superior high-temperature strength and resistance to graphitization and oxidation compared to carbon steel. Membrane bars are fabricated from 15CrMo alloy steel for material compatibility. Tube-to-fin welding uses submerged arc welding (SAW) for deep penetration, supplemented by manual TIG welding at panel edges and corner joints.
Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 standard. 100% volumetric NDE including ultrasonic testing of all tube butt welds. Hydrostatic testing at 1.5x design pressure. Positive material identification (PMI) verification on all alloy components.
