The SA210 Gr.C CFB Boiler Membrane Wall Panel is purpose-built for circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers, featuring φ63.5*6mm thick-wall SA210 Gr.C carbon steel tubes. This panel is engineered to withstand the intense erosive conditions created by high-velocity solid particle circulation in CFB furnace lower sections and refractory transition zones.
Fabricated from SA210 Gr.C medium carbon steel seamless tubes with industry-leading 6mm wall thickness. In CFB boilers, the dense bed region subjects water wall tubes to severe particle impingement erosion. The 6mm heavy wall design, combined with SA210 Gr.C's high tensile strength (≥485 MPa), provides extended service life in these aggressive environments. Q245R membrane bars are joined using submerged arc welding (SAW) for deep, consistent weld penetration across the full fin width.
100% UT of tube butt welds and fin-to-tube bonds. Dimensional verification including tube straightness (<2mm/meter) and panel flatness. Hydrostatic testing at 1.5x design pressure. Full material certification per ASME/ASTM standards with heat number traceability.
