Generator Body
Features high-grade Neodymium Iron Boron permanent magnets, each tested for magnetic flux by authorized institutions. Engineered for low starting torque while maintaining high generating efficiency through optimized internal structure.
Blade Specifications
Streamline shape with 3 reinforced fiber plastic blades. Manufactured using unidirectional fiber fabric and epoxy resin molds with inner foam core construction. Designed for low noise operation, excellent balance, and superior fatigue resistance.
Wheel Hub & Connectors
Precision-made steel wheel hub connects blades to generator. Blades connectors constructed from Q235 plate with anti-corrosion surface treatment for durable performance.
Tower Options
Available in Q235 guy wire tower with anti-corrosion painting or free stand tower with hot dip galvanized plastic spraying for various installation requirements.
On-grid Controller
Brake function will be made when there is problem in on-grid inverter and disconnects the state grid. Controller still delivery the stable current even though it is strong wind and there are full indications including wind energy indication, unload indication, delay stop indication, under voltage indication, grid electricity indication. The emergency brake button at the back will force to stop the rotation.
On-grid Inverter
It uses IPM from Mitsubishi as the power components and American ATEMEL company microprocessor as figure controller. Perfect protection, warning functions, MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) technology is matched on the inverter and it is also pure sine wave output, automatically synchronized with the grid tracking, power factor close to 1, Current low harmonic content, non-polluting power grid, no impact.
