Using a PLC numerical control system and a human-machine interface, the entire process of loading, gluing, laminating, pressing, cutting to length, and finished product palletizing is automated. It flexibly adapts to multi-specification and multi-core material production, offering high precision, low waste, minimal labor, stable operation, and low failure rates.

The entire line has a compact layout, is energy-saving and noise-reducing, and can quickly mass-produce high-quality composite boards, sandwich panels, and integrated insulation and decorative panels.
