UNIVERSAL TRAPEZOID PCD COATING REMOVAL TOOL

This universal trapezoid PCD tool is designed for aggressive removal of epoxy coatings, carpet glue, tile adhesive, mastic, paint and other thick materials from concrete floors.

The exposed PCD cutting tip removes coatings quickly and resists material buildup. This model does not include a sacrificial diamond segment, making it suitable for contractors who require fast and aggressive coating removal.

MACHINE FITMENT

The universal trapezoid mounting plate fits many common floor grinding machines and adapter plates.

Because mounting holes and rotation directions can vary between grinders, please send your machine brand, model or a photo of the grinder plate before ordering. We will confirm compatibility before production.

HOW TO SELECT THE CORRECT ROTATION

PCD tools must be installed in the correct rotation direction.

• Select left-hand PCD tools for counterclockwise rotating heads
• Select right-hand PCD tools for clockwise rotating heads
• Machines with multiple heads may require both directions

Please confirm the rotation direction of your grinder before ordering.

WITHOUT SACRIFICIAL SEGMENT

This model is supplied without a sacrificial diamond segment for faster and more aggressive coating removal.

For better cutting-depth control and reduced risk of scratching the concrete surface, ask us about the version with a sacrificial diamond segment.
