1. High stiffness: Strong hardness, not prone to deformation, and capable of supporting

the weight of the product.

2. Uniform thickness: Ensure a tight fit with the plastic shell during vacuum forming.

3. Temperature resistance: It can withstand the high temperature during vacuum forming processing

(about 120-150℃), and is not prone to curling or delamination.

4. Good printability: Smooth surface, suitable for high-precision four-color or spot color printing,

with high color reproduction.

5. Coating/varnishing: Commonly, matte, glossy or UV coatings are used to enhance the aesthetic

appeal and wear resistance.
