The alignment accuracy of the coupling of high temperature centrifugal fan is very high, and the coaxiality of its normal operating state must be ensured within 0.05mm. With the above two methods of alignment, due to the coupling itself processing error and surface dirt, the actual coaxiality value will often exceed the normal range of several times or even more than ten times, so that the fan will produce serious vibration. Method :
1. It is generally used for rough finding of coupling or occasions with low requirements, and should not be used for high temperature fan alignment;
2. Method does not eliminate the influence of shape error, still can not meet the operation requirements of high temperature fan.
Correct practice:
Temporarily connect the two half couplings with 2 ~ 3 bolts, let them rotate synchronously, measure their radial and axial runout values with 3 (fast alignment method) or 2 dial gauges, and finally adjust to the required range.
In order to ensure that the fan, hydraulic coupling and motor center line theoretically form a straight line during the normal operation of the hot state, the hydraulic coupling center line is deliberately set to be a lower expansion difference δthan the motor and fan center line during the cold state alignment. Generally, δis set to be 0.1-0.2mm.
