The axial flow fan for rotary kiln barrel is a specialized axial flow ventilation equipment designed exclusively for the high-temperature calcination scenario of rotary kilns. Its core function is to efficiently deliver combustion-supporting air or cooling air into the kiln. Leveraging the high air flow and low air pressure characteristics of axial flow fans, it adapts to the "long barrel-shaped" structure of rotary kilns and high-temperature operating conditions, ensuring the oxygen supply during the calcination process and the stable temperature of the kiln body.

Its key designs are developed around the needs of rotary kilns:

1. It has strong high-temperature resistance. Core components such as impellers and casings are mostly made of heat-resistant steel (e.g., 310S) or coated with high-temperature-resistant coatings, capable of withstanding the radiant heat of 800-1200℃ at the kiln tail and the erosion of flue gas.

2. It has strong air supply adaptability. The fan installation angle and air supply channel can be customized according to the diameter of the rotary kiln and the position of the calcination zone, ensuring that the air flow direction matches the movement direction of materials in the kiln and realizing the uniform coverage of combustion-supporting air.

3. It has high operational stability. The motor is mostly equipped with a cooling system to avoid overload in high-temperature environments. Meanwhile, the blade design takes into account dust accumulation resistance, reducing the impact of dust in the kiln on fan efficiency.
