Generic Name: C-Peptide C-P ELISA Test Kit
Detection Kit for C-peptide(C-P)(Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay , ELISA).It is used in quantitative tests for C-peptide(C-P)in human serum.
The synthesis of insulin is the first synthesis of proinsulin in pancreatic beta cells, which are cleaved by enzymes, release of insulin and a peptide that connects insulin A and B chains in proinsulin, and therefore Known as C-peptide (C-P). Human C- peptide contains 31 amino acid residues, molecular weight of about 3600, no metabolic function. It is released with isotonic molecules, and the biological half-life of the C-peptide in the blood circulation is 2 to 5 times longer than that of the insulin, so that the level of the C-peptide is more stable to reflect the condition of insulin secretion and can be used to distinguish between endogenous insulin and insulin injections.

C-P EIA kits are based on sandwich method. Coat micro well plates with one monoclonal antibody to form solid-phase antibody. Add patient serum and another monoclonal antibody labeled by HRP to wells to form antibody-C-P-HRP antibody complex. Add substrate and detect absorbent value (OD value). Calculate C-P content in patient serum through computer or plotting fitting concentration-absorbent value curve.

dilute . Washing does not affect the result.
• Store at 2-8℃.
• Seal and return unused reagents to 2-8℃, under which conditions the stability will be retained for 2 months, or until the labeled expiry date, whichever is earlier.
