WDS900 semi-automatic operation BGA rework station
WDS-900 is a high end optical BGA rework station, it can repair the motherboard in high precision. The mainly repairing process including 3 parts:
1. Automatic desoldering the BGA– Remove.
2. Semi- Automatic alignment the BGA – Mount.
3. Automatic soldering the BGA- Solder.
After finish the 3 process, the motherboard repairing finished.
