




The equipment mainly consists of a frame, inlet conveyor, group conveyor, bottle sorting group, bottle pushing group, intermediate section conveyor, folding and hinge group, lower conveyor forming, upper conveyor forming, cardboard buffer bin, cardboard inclined conveyor, control box, and electrical cabinet.
The cardboard is manually placed on the cardboard buffer conveyor chain. A reciprocating swing arm suction cup picks up the cardboard and places it on the cardboard inclined conveyor. The cardboard climbs the incline and is conveyed to the point where it connects with the product. The product is conveyed to the grouping area, and after grouping, the products enter the bottle pushing area at equal intervals and are then conveyed to the point where they connect with the cardboard. After the product connects with the cardboard, it undergoes folding and glue spraying before entering the forming area to complete the automatic wrapping process.
