Surface Roughness Tester Stand SRS-1
The SRS-1 Measurement Stand is designed for use with precision measuring instruments. When workpiece shape and height prevent direct measurement, this stand enables accurate data collection by securely mounting the instrument and adjusting height to zero the pointer scale, significantly improving measurement accuracy.
Installation & Operation
Installation Procedure: Use a screwdriver to remove screws from the adjustment bracket, detach the bracket, mount the instrument on the measurement stand using the previously removed screws.
Operation Procedure: Press the power button to boot the instrument. Adjust the measuring bracket so the sensor contacts the measured object, ensuring the stylus cursor position indicates "0" point (or within upper/lower frame). After adjustment, wait 2 seconds for instrument stability before taking measurements.
Important Notice
- Instrumentation and measurement stand must be securely fixed to prevent loosening, shaking, and measurement errors
- After adjustment, wait 2 seconds for instrument stability before taking measurements to ensure accuracy (stylus may shake during position adjustment)
- When measuring curved surfaces, minimize measurement distance - recommended sampling length of 0.25mm
