Structural Features: The casing is a circular tube, generally made of seamless steel tubes, which has good sealing performance and can prevent environmental pollution caused by dust. There are two transmission forms: direct connection and chain drive. The reducer can be selected from a variety of types such as domestic cycloid pinwheel reducers according to user requirements. It can be designed with multiple feeding and discharging methods, such as end - feeding and end - discharging, and middle - feeding and two - end discharging.
Working Principle: The conveying purpose is achieved by the rotating spiral blades pushing the materials in the tube. Under the action of their own weight and the friction of the casing, bulk materials are pushed forward by the blades without rotating with the blades.
