PLC Intelligent Dried Rice Noodles Food Cabinet Dryer Heat Pump Tray Dryer Machine

The heat pump food dryer is mainly composed of heating chamber, material chamber, heating equipment, ventilation and dehumidification equipment, and temperature and humidity control equipment. No harmful substances will be produced during the drying process, and there will be no smoke or open flames during the drying process. The temperature and humidity can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the drying materials, and the degree of intelligence is high.

Noodles Drying Temperature Requirements:
The noodle food cabinet dryer is generally dried in three stages:
1. Low temperature stage:
The temperature in this interval is generally set at about 25°C.
2. High temperature stage:
The temperature in this range is controlled between 38°C and 42°C. Pay attention to avoid the explosion caused by excessive drying.
3. Cooling stage:
This stage is a process of decreasing temperature, and the temperature is controlled according to the climatic conditions and the actual dry and wet conditions of rice noodles. Keep the temperature decreasing to prevent the rice noodles from cooling down too quickly.
According to different regions and types of noodles, the drying time of rice noodles cabinet dryer is generally 8-12 hours. The dried noodles do not change color, will not break, the dryness is uniform, the color is good, the taste is good, and the rehydration is good! It is also suitable for drying of noodles, sweet potato flour, rice noodles, etc.
