The DSC analyzer features a touch-screen interface, specifically designed for determining the oxidation induction time (OIT) of polymeric materials. It supports one-touch operation for users, with fully automated software-controlled testing procedures.

Features:

The industrial-grade widescreen touch interface presents comprehensive real-time data, including set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow rate, nitrogen flow rate, differential thermal signal, and various switch statuses.


It is equipped with a USB communication interface, featuring high universality, stable data transmission, and automatic reconnection capability.

The furnace chamber adopts a compact structure with adjustable heating and cooling rates.

The optimized installation procedure utilizes mechanical fixation, completely eliminating interference from furnace internal colloidal substances on differential thermal signal detection.

The furnace is heated by electric heating elements and cooled by compressor-driven circulating cooling water, ensuring a compact and space-saving design.

Dual temperature probes guarantee high repeatability in sample temperature measurement, while proprietary temperature control technology synchronizes furnace wall temperature with the preset sample temperature.

The gas flow meter enables automatic two-channel gas switching with fast response and short stabilization time.

Standard reference samples are provided for convenient calibration of temperature coefficient and enthalpy coefficient.

The software supports all screen resolutions, automatically adjusting curve display to match monitor dimensions. It is compatible with laptops and desktops, and operates on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10 operating systems.

Users can customize device operation modes to achieve fully automated measurement sequences. The software offers dozens of built-in commands, allowing flexible combination and storage of test steps, simplifying complex operations to one-click execution.

A fully enclosed support structure prevents foreign objects from falling into the furnace, reducing contamination and maintenance frequency.
