Application:
The WAW Series Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine is constructed with a down-mounted cylinder and a four-column mainframe structure.
It is mainly applied to conduct tensile, compression, bending and shear tests for metallic and non-metallic materials.
This testing machine is widely applicable to multiple sectors including metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, material science, higher education institutions and scientific research institutes.
The test operation and data processing fully conform to the specifications specified in GB228-2010.

1.Dual-column and dual-screw structure.
2.The main unit adopts a lower cylinder design, with the tensile test space arranged at the upper part of the main unit, and the compression and bending test space located between the lower crosshead and the worktable of the main unit.
3.Test rate control mode: automatic control.
4.Hydraulic wedge-type clamping system.
5.Test results can be saved automatically, and test reports containing test data and test curves can be generated and printed automatically.

Overload protection:
Overload protection will be activated and the unit will stop operating once the test force exceeds 2%–5% of the maximum test force in each measuring range.
Stroke protection will be enabled and the pump motor will shut down automatically when the piston rises to its upper limit position.
