Servo Hydraulic Testing Machine with Oil Cylinder Lower Double Space Structure
Product Overview
The WAW-D PC-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal tester features a double-space architecture with the oil cylinder positioned at the lower section. This advanced testing machine is designed for tensile, compression, bending, and shear testing of various materials.
Applications
The tensile testing zone is situated between the upper crosshead and the middle crosshead, dedicated exclusively to conducting tensile tests on various specimens. The compression testing zone lies between the workbench and the middle crosshead, enabling the execution of compression, bending, and shear tests.
Both testing zones are adjustable automatically through the rotation of the lead screw, which drives the vertical displacement of the middle crosshead to accommodate different specimen sizes.
Primarily engineered for metallic materials testing, this universal tester can also be configured with application-specific fixtures to perform tests on a broad spectrum of non-metallic and composite specimens.
Price Advantage
We intensify our in-house research and development initiatives and establish a dedicated machining center to independently manufacture core components. This integrated production model enables us to cut down on intermediate link costs while maintaining consistent, premium product quality.
Our superior-quality testing equipment delivers far greater long-term value compared to low-priced, substandard alternatives. By minimizing equipment failure rates, we help customers reduce subsequent maintenance expenditures and simultaneously boost overall testing efficiency.
Standards Compliance
ISO 6892, ISO 6934 BS4449, ASTM C39, ISO75001, ASTM A370, ASTM E4, ASTM E8 and BSEN standards.
